Step 1: Planning: We have developed Annual Key Performance Indicators separately for all classes. Keeping in view the curriculum and annual goals, each unit of each subject is meticulously planned followed by framing of clear- cut Objective driven Lesson Plans.
Step 2: Teaching: Lesson Plans are effectively implemented and students are taught using different teaching aids and strategies to ensure learning of all students with different learning styles.
Step 3: Progress Monitoring & Evaluation: Students Performance is evaluated time to time and a track record is maintained. We analyze the data, identify areas of improvements of student and also of teaching practice. Based on results required actions are taken for improvement of entire teaching and learning process.
